Gym Motivation of the Day

I have sat around feeling sorry for myself for too long.  Time to pick myself up off the ground and get moving again.

I am stressed, worried and anxious. Continuously reminding myself everything is ok and I have a lot to be thankful for.  Worry doesn't help  at all.

I won't lie, I completely quit the last two days.  I didn't watch what I ate and I didn't workout.

That ends right now.

Going to meet with my trainer tonight and hopefully I will find some motivation and comfort while working out.

Never defeated unless you give up. I refuse to give up.
